I have been a Realtor in the Monmouth County area since March of 2000. I also provide real estate services to Colts Neck, Holmdel, Rumson, Fair Haven, Middletown, Little Silver, Shrewsbury, Marlboro, Manalapan and the rest of the area. Prior to that I worked in Human Resources in New York City in the Banking and Publishing industries. When I began in Real Estate I had a keen interest in real estate and in the history of the area. My focus was to do real estate in a better and more personal way than it had been done in the past. Bringing together a higher level of customer service, you will find my experience and professionalism to raise the bar in customer satisfaction. After working for a large national franchise for several years and becoming a successful agent rather quickly I turned my focus back to improving the way I do business. I decided in October of 2005 to start Critelli & Kilbride Realtors I spent 7 years building Critelli & Kilbride Realtors until August 2012. In August 2012 I began a new journey with Long and Foster Real Estate Inc. I decided to open Long and Foster, Kilbride & Cagnina Real Estate Group in my hometown of Colts Neck, NJ. Kilbride & Cagnina Real Estate Group is a company dedicated to providing a higher standard of service. It is a company the customer can trust, with a very distinctive customer-based identity.
