It’s well known to most that the process of searching for a home can be stressful. Early on in our search- we dealt with a few agents who simply signed us up for automated mailing lists, and forgot about us. Chip did not operate in that way. It seemed that he always had time for us and worked with our availability to set up viewings, answer questions, and offer his profession or personal advice. As a couple buying our first home, it was priceless to us, having someone who handled our search with a human touch that has become all too uncommon.
