Ethan is the man! We are first time home buyers and Ethan made it all so easy. We have not purchased a home just yet due to some personal things we need to figure out BUT Ethan kept us on our toes with listings that really fit our wish list and more (and that includes our budget). It’s well known to most that the process of searching for a home can be stressful. Early on in our search- we dealt with a few agents who simply signed us up for automated mailing lists, and forgot about us. Chip did not operate in that way. It seemed that he always had time for us and worked with our availability to set up viewings, answer questions, and offer his profession or personal advice.
