They would work on my schedule, try their best to answer all my questions and would point me to the right direction when I was looking for the lender, inspector, lawyer, etc. As a home buyer in this "Bidding War" market, most of my offers were turned down; however, both Lucy and Rich have continuously provided me encouragement to keep trying and looking. I cannot remember how many houses we have looked together...and when I was not able to look at the houses in person, they would video call me to conduct a virtual home showing.
