Year-over-year, Ten Mile Run’s rolling three-month data shows cooling prices and slower activity. The typical home value is down a little over 10 percent from last year’s period, and the median list price has fallen by an even larger margin. At the same time, homes are taking much longer to sell than a year ago, with the median days on market up sharply.
