My journey with Justin began when my parents bought the house that I now sold. I was the Executrix to my Parents estate. I knew I needed a compassionate but hardworking relator during a very difficult time. Justin hit all the marks. My brother and I needed some grieving time and Justin totally understood that. He came over gave us a listing price and time frame that hit all the marks. It was early December when our father passed and I just wasn't ready and Justin advised us that the market would be better early spring. That time frame was exactly what we needed and exactly what the market dictated. The house was under contract in about two months. His team got us many showings, fabulous turn outs at our open houses and multiple offers. He never over promised. He was realistic, professional and compassionate which was exactly what I needed. He was always available to answer any questions and gave solid advice. I would recommend Justin and the Cresi Group team a million times over. He is the no brainer choice.

Justin was amazing!!! I have to admit, I was a skeptical client at first, but Justin more than proved his expertise and his responsiveness gave me the confidence to trust him throughout the process. We had an intricate situation with many moving parts as Justin would put it, but he made sure everything aligned and was always pleasant during the long haul. I was also very impressed with the way he compared all the pros and cons with every offer that was presented. I will definitely keep Justin as our realtor for any future real estate transactions and hope to keep him busy soon with other family members needs!!!!
