Year-over-year trends in Deferiet show rising prices alongside much thinner inventory. The rolling three-month median list price is up more than 30 percent compared with a year ago, pointing to stronger seller pricing power. At the same time, active listings have dropped sharply, falling roughly three-quarters from last year.
