Inventory in Greene County has inched up, with about 493 active listings in July and a months-of-supply figure of 8.4 indicating a solid buyer’s market. New listings have slowed compared with the prior month and a year ago, even as homes sold jumped roughly 20 percent month over month and more than 50 percent year over year.
