I live in Ottawa, Canada and was looking to buy waterfront property on the Lake Oneida north of Syracuse NY. Clayton helped us locate just the right place we were looking for to fit in our budget.

Clayton kept a positive attitude on the potential selling of our home even when things didn't appear to be happening with buyers making an offer. He kept us in the "loop" during the lengthy closing process created by the buyer's financial institution. Clayton also told us what normally happens when you accept a purchase offer prior to the lengthy closing process. All parties are relieved to have the closing ordeal over with and are looking forward to settling in our new homes. Clayton was candid in telling us of any potential buyer's not wanting to see before listing..Again maintaining a positive approach. We definitely will recommend him in the future both as a selling and a buying agent. (he helped to find our new home.)

Clayton was amazing and I am so glad he responded to our Zillow inquiry. I clicked "I am interested in this house", and about 30 seconds later my phone was ringing and it was Clayton. He set up a viewing that same day, and we met the following day again to put in an offer. He helped us through the entire process (which we needed as first time home buyers) and since he lives in the same town as the house we were buying, he was able to offer a lot of local insight as well. After we had already moved in, he even came back to the house to take a picture of our family in front of it holding a "Sold" sign for us. He went above and beyond to make the entire process run smoothly. I would recommend him to anyone asking for a recommendation for a real estate agent.
