Divikia possesses the ability, knowledge, and expertise in interpersonal skills, multitasking, leadership, and professionalism. Her customer service competence enables her to communicate effectively and efficiently at all levels.

Divikia has lived in Fayetteville, North Carolina, for most of her life. She attended North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where she obtained a degree in Social Work, graduating with honors.

Divikia went on to pursue her social work career as a foster care social worker at the Department of Social Services, traveling throughout the Carolinas to ensure that her clients' needs were met. Along the way, Divikia developed a passion for real estate.
