His knowledge of what home inspections consist of and how to identify red ticket items and things that lenderrs could request to be done prior to closing was also helpful. There was never a time that Brad wasn't available to show my wife and I a propery that was a potential. That included weekends and weekdays. I hjave always heard that purchasing a home was a long drawn out process that was difficult.
