I have been working in real estate for 12 years now, started as a licensed agent running marketing for a boutique agency in Maryland. Moved to Nashville 9 years ago and have been licensed here for 6 years. I’ve always had a full time job and done real estate on the side, until this past august when I made the jump into real estate full time. While working full time jobs, I would still close $1.5-3million in sales on average each year. I have become my brokerages go to Short Term Rental (AirBNB) agent with the knowledge I have of buying, selling, and owning them personally and have agents from my office asking me questions regularly about the process.
