What can I say about Jamie without sounding like the biggest fangirl ever? That’s a bit hard to do because Jamie really went above and beyond. Selling our house sort of came out of nowhere. Medical issues demanded we move out of state and we went from planning our retirement in San Antonio to trying to sell our house in just three months. In comes Jamie. I’d never sold a house before, and my partner was just as in the blind and had grand ideas about how much we could sell the house for. Jamie sat us down on our initial visit and quickly she laid out the groundwork. Jamie didn’t shy away from resetting our expectations about selling the house. While this dampened my partner’s hopes, initially, it helped put my mind at ease. Jamie isn’t a “yes” person. She laid out the reality of home selling and tempered our expectations while doing everything she could to ensure success on our selling. Thoughtful, knowledgeable, and diligent. I was relocated for work and need to sell our recently purchased home. It was a stressful time because we had just put money into the home and we needed to sell as quickly as possible to move on with our lives. We had spoken to other realtors who said it was not the right time of year and to try again in the spring. Jamie not only said no problem, but she came with an array of helpful suggestions. She paired us with a stager who made the home look and feel like a model. Turning our 6 month sale into an instant sale. Not only did she take care of everything, but while we were out of town she took care of the property, cleaning and yard maintenance. We truly couldn't have done it without her. Listen to her recommendations, though staging cost a little bit of extra money up from we made it back with the quick sale.

We had a wonderful experience working with Jamie. We were primarily out of town while she handled the staging, photography, listing and showing of our home. She made knowledgeable suggestions for our home to increase it’s chances of selling quickly. Since we had relocated for work it was important to sell the house and make sure it was properly maintained. She checked on the home regularly and handled all maintenance issues.

I could not recommend Jamie enough. She has made my home buying process as painless as possible. She has gone above and beyond to make sure that I got the house I loved, and she was there to advise me against making a bad purchase. She absolutely came in and helped guide me when I was completely lost in the process. She explained things to me and guided me and without her help we would not have found a place. I believe having her on our side was a major contributor to negotiations.
