Year-over-year, Far North Dallas home values in this rolling three-month view have risen modestly, with the typical home value up a bit compared to last September. Listing prices have climbed faster than sale prices, with the median list price increasing more strongly than the median sale price. At the same time, homes are taking slightly longer to sell than a year ago, pointing to a calmer pace.
In the latest rolling three-month period ending in September 2026, Far North Dallas shows a median days on market of 54 days, up slightly from 51 days a year earlier and much higher than the 25 days seen in late 2023.
