So grateful for Brayden, he is an excellent realtor! He stuck with us for MONTHS as we were searching for the perfect place for our little family. We finally found the place, and as first time buyers, he was there for us every step of the way. He is very thorough and helped us understand everything we needed to know. He is great at communicating and was constantly keeping us updated and was very quick to respond with information that we needed/couldn’t find. He is excited and motivated to work and helps you feel like you’re his priority.

We will always go back to Brayden and will always refer our friends and family to him going forward. He does the job well and he knows what he is doing!

Brayden was super quick to find us a home. His communication was great, and he would typically get us a walkthrough within an hour. Not only did he find us a great home, he found us one under budget and more square footage than we thought we could get. 100% recommend!

Don’t think you can buy a home? Look, you have to make an appointment with Brayden Hardman first. I was terrified about all the things I didn’t know and didn’t understand about buying a house. We just happened to go to an open house for fun. The house wasn’t the best fit for us, but thank goodness Brayden was there! Brayden took time to answer my questions about the home buying process and asked if he could help us find a better fit. I figured why not see just how it goes. He asked me about our must haves and wants for a house, and he nailed it on the head. He had connections and resources that showed us what we would qualify for, which was so different from the calculations I did online. Brayden was the hero consulting us through the home buying process the whole time. If I had dumb questions, he always had helpful and brilliant answers and he was great at keeping us updated. This man knows his stuff and works harder than anyone I’ve probably ever met.
