Year over year, Fluvanna County’s typical home value in June slipped nearly 10 percent even as Virginia overall saw prices rise a bit more than 4 percent. At the same time, homes are taking much longer to sell than a year ago, with median days on market jumping sharply while the state’s supply sits slightly lower at 2.8 months compared with Fluvanna County’s 3 months.
