I am the sole owner and project designer, for over 13 years, of a minority and woman-owned home renovation business, River City Restorations, as well as the Team Lead/Coach for River City Real Estate Co, a top 10 producing real estate team with eXp Central Virginia. I have been among the top 500 Realtors in Central VA multiple years running and, most recently in 2024, was within the top 250. In 2022, I was awarded four awards by my previous brokerage: individual agent with the highest volume and most transactions closed, the agent with the most listings in the brokerage for 2022, and was entered into the platinum club for $10+ million in sales volume.
