Inventory and contract activity in Montgomery County shifted notably in June 2026, with 326 active listings, only a slight dip from last month but up compared with a year ago. New listings fell sharply month over month, while pending sales dropped as well, signaling that fewer homes are coming on the market even as a solid number are still going under contract.
