Year-over-year, North Beacon Hill’s rolling three-month data shows prices holding relatively steady while other dynamics shift more noticeably. The typical home value is down slightly by less than 1 percent from a year ago, even as Seattle overall has seen a somewhat larger decline, and local inventory has dropped almost 15 percent compared with last year.
