September’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the county to be $321,000—up 8.08% over the previous 12 months. Natrona County had 122 new listings and 113 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 283—down 5.03% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.

The median listing price for homes in Natrona County fell 0.0% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $315,000. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to fall.
