When I was finally ready to sell, Kat came to my house and showed me ways to better show my house and discussed painting some bedrooms to a neutral color. She gave me names of services to assist in my sale, such as a house cleaner, a painter, a pressure washer, a junk man, a roofer to repair a gutter and a countertop company. After painting, Kat had a photographer come over to take pictures to post. She communicated with other agents after showings, especially if I had a question about their buyer's comment. She worked with me on two offers we were agreement to turn down. She helped me understood a lot in the process. Kat worked with an agent on a counter offer which sold my house.
