Mills had 6 new listings and 8 listings that went under contract in April, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 13—down 23.53% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in May.

Of those 13 active listings, 15.38% reduced their price in the month of April. The median listing price for homes in Mills fell 55.52% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $177,450. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to fall.
