She was very open with me about the quality of my home, the current housing market's standing, and where my home evaluation stood. As Erin and I discussed selling my home, she got to know me as a person and shared some of her experiences, which is valuable in learning who the realtor is and the values a realtor has
to work with people and enhance the sale of an owner's home. I always felt that Erin had my back!

When I started my home search, I was kind of naive to how much help I would need through the entire process but Erin was there to help me at every step of the way. By the end, I was just going with every suggestion that she had. Erin knows Oahu better than anyone and can ease you through finding the right place for you, from start to finish.

Erin Evan's fought for me over two years to sell my condo, she never gave up until it was sold. She helped me replace the carpets to prepare the condo for sale. The best experience for me I highly recommend.

Purchasing a house when you reside in the mainland is challenging. We told Erin what we were looking for and she didn't disappoint us in her selections of homes. We originally wanted to be in the downtown Waikiki area but also wanted a newer home. Erin told us about the Ward Village area. We didn't realize the revitalization that was taking place there.
We told Erin that we would be coming to Hawaii for 10 days to put my dad into an assisted living facility. She had a bunch of homes selected. We loved the Aeo building and ultimately choose that one. Erin was able to negotiate a good price for us and close on this unit quickly.
We had to come back to the mainland to finish the sale of our home. Erin conducted the final walkthrough with video and even took care of a plumbing issue with our bathroom faucets. She also pickup oue vehicle that arrived sooner than expected.
These are not normal things that we expect from a realtor. Erin went above and beyond our expectations.

Purchased a home in Ewa Beach when I was quite young and full of questions about the home buying process. I heard about Erin Evans from an acquaintance on my ship who had recently purchased. Her sales record spoke for itself, and I reached out. Since then Erin has shown a continuing commitment to what she does and the people she helps. She moved through the process at my pace, was reachable and knowledgeable with my questions, and very quick with sending documents and keeping the process moving.
She did a remarkable job of managing my property as well, selecting excellent tenants, and fielding any issues.
During the sale, Erin weathered a lull in the market by doubling down on open houses and re-taking photographs till the home sold. There was never a time I felt she wasn't doing everything she could, and I'm very thankful to have had the experience of ownership through her help. I would recommend her services to anybody motivated to buy or sell.
