Mercedes was not my first realtor of engagement in the search for my home. Mercedes was the only one who offered to goto homes with me virtually and give me a virtual tour and continue to engage me. I felt most realtors couldn't be bothered with an out of state purchaser and seemed to doubt my intentions and interest. Mercedes did this multiple times and when we narrowed down my choices I came in person and she dedicated a full day for to making sure I found the home I wanted and we did ! I love my new home and couldn't be happier with the time , effort and dedication she put in for me through the whole process including the closing. I hadn't asked her for anything further but she showed up and did the walk thru for me when I couldn't make it in person for the closing. I recommend her 1000x over and thank her !

Mercedes did an excellent job! Always in contact with me! Especially since we are from Illinois she knew places to go places to see. I sent her ideas that I wanted where I wanted to be.
