She had set up someone to help with staging, marketed our home, communicated prospective buyers feedback after showings, immediately presented offer from buyer and promptly initiated paperwork, contacted and expedited contractors to make repairs requested by our buyers and participated in closing. The Linda Hall group was great to work with. They had extra work to do with the sale of our home as we moved before it sold.
