September’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the county to be $537,000—up 18.02% over the previous 12 months. Sublette County had 11 new listings and 18 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 94—down 0.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.
Of those 94 active listings, 25.53% reduced their price in the month of September. The median listing price for homes in Sublette County grew 4.17% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $450,000. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell sharply year-over-year.
