Katy was very professional and easy to work with, I have no complaints! It took a few months to get my lot sold, but we were able to get it for the price we wanted, so we’re thrilled.

We got this new construction home in a highly desirable neighborhood for an incredible deal due to Kathryn’s negotiating. As we approached closing,the sellers tried to tell us the shower glass doors in the guest bathroom were not included when Kathryn luckily had it in writing they told us the doors would be included….long story short, the glass is on the way.

Katy does everything in her power to make the home buying process as stress-free as possible, I am happy we found her, and get to take advantage of her services as an agent. On top of that we are developing a new lifelong friend.
