April’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the county to be $342,250—up 9.96% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, state-level data pegged home values at $413,500 in Wyoming for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $394,650 in May.
Uinta County had 24 new listings and 25 listings that went under contract in April, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 54—down 0.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in May.
Of those 54 active listings, 29.63% reduced their price in the month of April. The median listing price for homes in Uinta County grew 26.71% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $367,450. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose year-over-year. In April 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 16 days, compared to -3 days in April 2024.
