Alan has a wide variety of experience in both finance and real estate with my formal education also in both real estate and finance as well as having a 0215-insurance license. Alan has an interest in expanding my job experience. Since graduating Florida State University in 1988, Alan was a Managing Director with some of his consulting and appraisal experience including both commercial and residential real estate clients. Alan has a broad range
of valuation and consulting services like appraisal, consulting, litigation support, appraisal review, and expert witness testimony services estate for some of the largest real estate firms like CBRE and in the public sector like the Sarasota County Property Appraiser. He has completed both residential and commercial transactions for wide variety of property types ranging from residential homes to commercial properties. Alan has an active real estate sales associate license with Lokation Real Estate in Florida.
