My husband and I started looking at buying a house in late 2015. We were already homeowners and were looking at upgrading our space. We made our way to an open house, where we met Alicia. We were not quite ready to sell our home yet but, definitely wanted to familiarize ourselves with the market in our area, so we could be ready when the time came. One thing that we really loved about Alicia was we never felt pressured. She remained in contact with us subtly emailing us updates about the housing market and sending us updated listings. When we finally decided to move forward with a home we liked and we were ready to sell, she was on it! She had our home on the Market the next day and had it sold in 7 days! We had been looking for our first house for over a year with another agent in the town we were renting. Fed up with the unresponsiveness and uncaring nature of services, we decided to go with a completely opposite choice in Alicia. Within the first month working with Alicia we looked at the same amount of homes as the whole year before, including the home I'm writing this review from. (Spoiler Alert!) We put in an offer, it was accepted, and we've closed escrow! The whole process of closing could have been much more stressful if it wasn't for Alicia and her team of specialists that were able to answer all of our tough questions. And there were a lot of them. Alicia sold our house lightening fast and found us our dream home! She is the hardest working agent out there. She listens to what you want and she does everything possible to make it happen. She is constantly in contact with you throughout the process and always responds immediately. She works with an amazing team that is extremely friendly and great at what they do.
