Alvin helped us find a home during the hot selling season where homes were selling left and right as soon as they came to the market. He was very responsive and would quickly submit offers for us as we were on a time crunch to buy. He was always on time for showings and knowledgeable answering our questions in the whole process. He also was very accommodating as we did ask to go see the home we finally got an accepted offer for.. and he gladly opened the home for us to walk in around 3 times. My sister also used him as her realtor and we both recommend him.
