Amanda and her team of contractors and stagers, as well as others we probably didn’t meet, really set us up for success. Her knowledge of the market and her ideas really showed through in the end. We had offers very quickly and got more than we listed the house for. We can’t really ask for more than that.

Amanda was referred to my home as I was interested in seeing if it would be a good idea to sell. She was transparent in showing me the comparables and telling me about the process. When I decided to sell, Amanda brought her expertise to properly stage my home to maximize the viewings. After 4 days on the market, I received 5 offers, which through Amanda’s expertise, I chose the most appropriate for my situation. She was always available and would respond promptly whenever I asked her questions throughout the process. She used her negotiation skills to sell my home at a higher price above asking. Amanda and the DDA team were great! They moved quickly and got my home sold in 2 weeks. Very professional. We had tons of traffic through the open houses. Friendly and easy to work with.
