Karyl was instrumental in getting our house in Broad Run, VA sold. It was a unique custom built property on 7.4 acres which made it a marketing challenge. She offered good advice and research on comparable homes during her first visit, coordinated with several contractors to get improvements and repairs done, and communicated well throughout the process. And most of this while we were out of state having already relocated. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family looking for a realtor especially in and around the Gainesville, Haymarket or Warrenton areas.
