Amy Patton came with an engaging message on her page, I immediately liked her. There were multiple brokers sending offers, but she stood out to us from the beginning of the process.

Our home sale was an estate sale, and thus, not the least complicated type of sale. We had considered for sale by owner, but the entire process was so complicated and daunting, we soon abandoned that notion. Amy had everything figured out almost as soon as she walked on the property. She is extremely knowledgeable, and also kind, and willing to answer our many questions and reassure the nerves that come with selling a home. She worked diligently to make sure the process was as straightforward as it could be, and she was with us every step of the way.

Amy made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. From the beginning, she arrived with a concrete plan and excellent expectations regarding the sale of our house. The house sold incredibly quickly and for an excellent price for our needs. We only have good things to say about the entire experience, and would recommend Amy Patton to anyone looking to sell their property.
