I am a native Houstonian with over 20 years of real estate experience. I am in the top 2% of all agents belonging to the Houston Association of Realtors and rated in the top 150 out of 5,600 RE/MAX agents for the entire state of Texas for sales and production. Amy Patton came with an engaging message on her page, I immediately liked her. There were multiple brokers sending offers, but she stood out to us from the beginning of the process. Our home sale was an estate sale, and thus, not the least complicated type of sale. We had considered for sale by owner, but the entire process was so complicated and daunting, we soon abandoned that notion. Amy had everything figured out almost as soon as she walked on the property. She is extremely knowledgeable, and also kind, and willing to answer our many questions and reassure the nerves that come with selling a home.
