Another great experience!
Once again, Andrew helped us navigate a market with a lot of uncertainty. Andrew helped us maximize our sale price when we had difficulty comping against the housing inventory (young house vs new build pricing) and was able to get a deal negotiated through to sale within 2 weeks of listing. Awesome agent! This is the second time I have used Andrew Nagy. First time was in 2017 when my wife and I bought our first home together.
