Angel is the best! She had great ideas, such as "Coming Soon" for our property, which we did not know about. She did a walkthrough and provided us great suggestions for showing our home. She is very knowledgeable about the entire seller's/buyer's process. She is extremely organized, punctual, and honest. We were very fortunate to know of her (she had sold us the home several years prior). The sale went very smooth and we couldn't be more pleased! Thanks to "our Angel"! The home sold the same day that it was put on the market and with multiple offers. She had great photos taken of the home, she did a wonderful write up for the online advertising. She was very prompt in placing a Yard Sign and changing it out from Coming Soon to For Sale, then picked it up promptly once the sale closed.
