Kraig has been a licensed Realtor since 2004 and began selling real estate in southwest Florida before moving back to the Wilmington area in 2007. He and his associates, The Marquis Team, specialize in residential sales, new home communities, waterfront & beach properties, and investor opportunities along the NC coast. Kraig has been recognized annually as a Multi-Million Dollar Top Producer and has received many sales awards.

Originally from Maine, Kraig graduated with a degree in Environmental Engineering from Cornell University before attending graduate school at UNC Chapel Hill. During summers at Chapel Hill, he traveled to Wrightsville Beach on the weekends to be near the water, boating, fishing, and everything else this special area has to offer.
