Neil Leonard called me after selling a property on the same street. I gave him some history on the house he just sold and I enjoyed our conversation. He followed up with a thank you note and I kept it because I knew one day I would be selling this piece of property. When the time came to sell Mom's house, I called Neil. Again, he wrote a thank you note. This sale was bitter sweet for my sisters and me and he understood that.

Neil is the one of the best in the industry. After my dad passed away who was a agent I needed an individual who I could trust as much as my own father....that was Neil Leonard. He always made himself available and kept my best interest in mind at all times. To Neil it wasn't as much about the sale but making a wise decision that you'd be happy with years to come.

Neil was very professional and at the same time friendly. He was very helpful answering questions about the state and the community I was looking at. He was very prompt getting me any paperwork I needed to complete, and was a second set of eyes on all of the documents to make sure they were accurate. His assistant was also very helpful, and as a team they were excellent.

I would use Neil again and will refer any interested friends to him. He was great.

As I am from out of state, it would have been easy for Neil to perhaps not put much effort into helping someone who may have been more difficult to service. Neil was as attentive and responsive as I could wish for. He was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond to my questions.
