Neil Leonard called me after selling a property on the same street. I gave him some history on the house he just sold and I enjoyed our conversation. He followed up with a thank you note and I kept it because I knew one day I would be selling this piece of property. When the time came to sell Mom's house, I called Neil. Again, he wrote a thank you note. This sale was bitter sweet for my sisters and me and he understood that.
