I found Anthony 'AJ' Randle (AJ) by conducting an online search for Texas/Austin Realtors. AJ was very courteous, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. He carefully managed expectations and worked diligently. More importantly, AJ is a tenured and trusted advisor who will put your interest first at all times. It's easy to get carried away during the home buying process - but AJ is always there to help you see the bigger picture.

We are so lucky to have him working with us to search for a house which is not a really easy task. He literally went above and beyond to get the house we want , keeping all the parameters we discussed with him as per our budget. He is a very cool and calm person which is really important at least for his job. He has a lot of patience since there was a time I remembered missing his calls and not replying to his text but from his perspective it was totally understandable is what we heard of him saying every time.

He works for you from the bottom of his heart and makes sure every little thing has been taken care of.
1. He sends you a listing as per your budget and takes onsite videos (multiple times if needed) or live videos if asked. (Note - He doesn't even mind working late as per your time zone since we were in PST and there was a 2 hrs time difference but he always worked for us late night as per our timezone )
2. Putting offers, great suggestions on how much we should offer and don't push to a higher amount (which is really important ) and that's where patience comes to the consideration
3. Closing deals - He will make sure everything is transparent and actively coordinate with lenders/seller agents and frequent reminders to us what has been pending or upcoming need so we can prepare ourselves accordingly.

He got it done! I highly recommend AJ for real estate needs! I look forward to working with him again in the future :)
