Anthony McNeely is a native of South Carolina who has grown up in the Greenville/Anderson area. After graduating from Wren High School in 1998, he served in the Marine Corps and was stationed in Beaufort, SC. After five years of dedicated service to his country, including participation in the Iraqi War, he returned home to Greenville to marry his fiancée, a Greenville County school teacher who also has roots in a small town called Hickory Tavern. They have been happily married for eighteen years.

Anthony now resides just outside the Simpsonville area in Gray Court, SC, on a small farm with his wife, their four children, a pet pig, a coop full of chickens, a three-legged cat, and a very spoiled dog. In his free time, he enjoys golf, fishing, and playing with his kids.
