Ashley was amazing realtor from the start. We talked to her various times throughout the process so that she could understand exactly what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable about locations and was able to steer us away from properties that didn't fit our wants before even going to see them. It saved us a lot of time. She set us up with a portal that emailed us with properties that met our needs. We worked with her through two offers (one that was not accepted) and helped us to get the best deal on the house we fell in love with. She referred us to a great mortgage company to help with our loan. The closing process was smooth, and we were even able to close a week early. Would definitely recommend her to others planning to buy or sell in the area.
