I have been licensed since 2002 in the State of Florida and recently finished my Broker education and certification. As a Broker Associate, I specialize in representing my clients in real estate purchases and sales of single family homes, condominiums, income property, commercial, and land. I work throughout our amazing cities of Pinellas County.

I also specialize in transactions involving pre-foreclosure, foreclosure/bank owned/REO, and short-sale properties. I familiarize myself with the area’s new and pre-construction properties and stay updated with market conditions. I have formed a network that includes lenders, home inspectors, insurance agents, and home repair specialists to help with a client’s transaction. I make my clients aware of new developments, rules, or laws to maximize their knowledge in real estate and financial markets.
