We'd give this team more than 5 stars if we could! Lexi, Heidi and the entire team could not have done a more stellar job helping us with THREE closings in less than a year. Their expertise, professionalism, responsiveness, and network are second to none.

Our first property entrusted to the team was a rental property that flooded due to one of the storms. They were able to sell it quickly to a developer and alleviate a huge burden for us.

We're a young family with a toddler, dog, and baby on the way... so Lexi and her team knew numerous showings for our current home wouldn't be ideal. Not only did we not even really have to show our house outside of the open house, Lexi and Heidi got us numerous, competitive offers by the end of the day. We were able to sell our property exponentially over asking while also getting a leaseback (which has been HUGE for our family as we looked for a new home).

Our final closing was for our new home ON THE GOLF COURSE in Carrollwood. Lexi was able to guide us to a property and quickly show us its potential. While renovations are underway as we make this our dream home, our family is able to stay in our current home because of the leaseback. Not only did this team get us that HUGE perk, but they were able to negotiate a great price for the house and get us a huge credit so we could do the work.

Heidi Joy was exactly the kind of realtor I was looking for. She was GOD-SENT. I was able to tell her my plans, needs and wants, and she took the ball and ran with it. I could let go of the need to control, knowing she indeed had my best interest in mind. I couldn't believe how responsive she was. When she involved her team, she remained in the loop in a 3-way chat; she remained my main point of contact, never disappearing and giving my project to someone I didn't know. I appreciated that either she, or her team, returned my calls and texts in a very timely manner, regardless of the time. If we were both up late, we would talk, even if it was 10pm. I LOVED her team. They were all properly introduced to me and each one explained their part in the process. Jeannette Twachtmann did a fantastic job of staging my condo; she created such a beautiful scene that I almost hated to leave. Taylor Stratton was instrumental in coordinating and communicating between seller and buyer's teams. All in all, one of the best experiences in condo sales.
