The planning and promotional video and photos provided over 20 appointments in the first 3 days. That yielded an outstanding turnout of 6 offers ranging from full sale price to considering over sale price. After negotiating the property sold for $20,000 over the asking price!

Bey is fantastic! He is all around people-person. He is very personable and caring. From the first time we met, he immediately made us feel comfortable. With him during each step of the step, we did not feel hurried; priorities were clearly explained and he assisted us in setting us to achieve our goals in a way that really worked for us. He really listened, got to know us and showed that he fully understood our needs. When we had questions, he responded quickly and timely. He treated us with respect and compassion. He kept us informed and encouraged us to learn and be a part of the process of buying a home. Bey was a gift to us during what was a challenging yet exciting time. Bey was very helpful, listened to our needs and what we were looking for.He did not waste our time showing undesirable homes. Friendly, treated my family with respect and never showed any frustration when he showed us numerous homes that we decided not to make offer. He just came back with more to show and that was nice. I couldn't have made a better choice. Once Bey knew our requirements he provided listings immediately and refined them before our first visit to Florida. Upon arrival on our first trip he had appointments for all the homes over a 3 day period. Our second trip to Florida proved beneficial as we found several homes that met our expectation. He remained in touch with us throughout the buying process including help finding Hazard Insurance. Financial transactions were flawless and closing was very efficient. Bey was great. He was always in contact about listings. Every time I wanted to look at a home he always made himself available. He would help by making suggestions in order to make everything easier.
