I have been in the real estate business for six years. During this time, I have sold properties from Westland to Houghton Lake. I possess experience in a variety of situations, including vacant land, waterfront properties, hunting properties, bank-owned properties, new construction, and first-time buyers. Whatever your financial situation may be, I can guide you to the closing table. If you have a VA loan, I have successfully worked with clients in that area. If you are looking to buy on a Land Contract, I have done that as well. Additionally, if you are in a Conventional or FHA program, I can assist you with those options too.
