Brooke and I had been searching for property for me to move back to Florida for sometime. She went out of her way to help me. I have been looking for over 5 years and she’s the only real estate agent who stepped up to help. I was beginning to wonder why realtors get their license, because no one returns calls, emails or voicemails. I thought maybe it was just a side hustle for them. She even had to assist me in redoing the sales agreement as the other agent had many discrepancies on the mls. I had to call the PVA for information and contact the broker in North Miami to assist his agent. Brooke handled the closing by proxy with me, very professionally, she’s been very punctual and communicates, well after her work hours. In my personal opinion she should receive not only all of the commission but the listing agents as well, because the day before closing on walk through, listing age
