She has been the most attentive, helpful, informative, supportive, and available realtor I have ever dealt with. I set out on the path to purchase a home in the Orlando area many months ago and Kayla's involvement with the process from showings, to finding a home, to drafting the offer, to coordinating with the bank I had chosen, to coordinating the home inspections and contractor quotes for repairs, to arranging the closing process, to the actual closing, and then assisting with coordination of contractors even after the sale has been way above and beyond what I would have ever have fathomed. She was always there to consult by text, email or phone and this mattered immensely since I was buying the home while out of state. Home buying is an immensely complicated and nuanced process and Kayla was just there during the whole thing smoothing things out as we went.
