My elder sister moved to Albuquerque from Rosamond, CA and needed to sell her house. We contacted Cesar Jimenez to get a second assessment of the appropriate selling price of the home. He did a very thorough evaluation and we listed the house with him. The housing market during the 2025/2026 winter season became very difficult for sellers but Cesar did everything possible to get us the best possible outcome.
