Eddy was recommended by my mother-in-law who had used Eddy to buy a home in 2015. He was extremely helpful in the home buying process for a new home buyer like myself. He was very responsive when we had questions and was always looking for properties even when we were in the closing stage of our home in case things didn't go well. He has great contacts for inspectors and plumbing which I used for our home to do repairs. He is quick to respond and get answers. I couldn't recommend Eddy more and will be recommending him to anyone I know that will be looking to purchase or sell property.

I can't recommend Ed more highly, he was the moving force behind our home sale, with endless patience for what I'm sure had to be a difficult situation for him. He's knowledgeable, energetic, and consistently helpful in moving things along even with client difficulties. I for one will am very grateful to Ed for all of his help, and would say if you are buying or selling a home in the AV and don't at least talk with Ed, you are making a huge mistake!

i found him through Zillow and I'm not a big fan of zillow because the maps are never correct not even close kinda shady but Edwin was GREAT he explained everything in detail told me all the little things that are not in any of the zillow adds i just got a really good vibe from him over the phone even when i told him my price range (not a lot) his attitude never changed still very helpful i hope to buy from him soon
