We actually met Chad on a home purchase we made as he was the sellers agent. We decided to use him on that purchase. He did so well we used him again to sell our home. (Which he sold in 1 day). Chad is amazing to work with. He helped us sell our home over 3 years ago in Torrey Highlands (San Diego).
